Man assaults wife and daughter
On 1-22-18 around 430 pm, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to the
9700 block of Rosalie Ct. ref. a disturbance.
Deputies discovered Bobby Lee Ellington
(71 yoa) allegedly assaulted his 66 year old
wife and 39 year old daughter during an
argument.
The wife was struck in the neck and
shoulder and the daughter was struck in the face, both were not seriously injured during the incident.
Ellington was arrested and charged with
Injury the Elderly (felony 3-bond $10,000) and Family Violence Assault (class A misd. bond $2,000).
Ellington is currently in jail at press time.
