Deputies Make Arrest on Family Violence
On 3-12-19 around 4pm, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to a
disturbance in progress at the 200 block of
Brown St. in Lipan.
Deputies discovered Daniel Dwayne
Westbrook (36 yoa) allegedly assaulted his
36 year old wife during an argument.
The victim was not seriously injured during
the incident.
Westbrook was arrested and charged with
Assault Family Violence with Previous
Conviction (felony 3-bond $10,000).
Westbrook is currently in jail at press time.
