Boyfriend Chokes Girlfriend During Argument

On 5-19-18 around 930pm, Hood County

Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to the

5700 block of North Sunchase Dr. ref. a

disturbance.

Deputies discovered Jason Tyler Stovall (34 yoa) allegedly choked his 31 year old

girlfriend during an argument they were

having in front of their 5 year old child.

The victim was not seriously injured during

the incident.

Stovall was arrested and charged with

Assault Family Violence/Choking (felony 3-bond $25,000) and Endangering a Child

(state jail felony-bond $5,000).

Stovall is currently in jail at press time.
