Boyfriend arrested for Family Violence

On 7-23-18 around 1pm, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to the
Sheriff’s Office to take an assault report.
A 46 year old female reported to Deputies
that her boyfriend Dalton Bryce Massie-
Weaver (26 yoa) allegedly slapped her in
the ear while they were driving to town to
run errands during an argument.
On 6-27-18 the victim made a report with
the Sheriff’s Office where Massie-Weaver
allegedly assaulted her during an argument
at the 9100 block of McArthur Ct.

Massie-Weaver, who was sitting outside at
the Sheriff’s Office parking lot was arrested
and charged with Continuous Family
Violence Assault (felony 3-bond $10,000).
Massie-Weaver is currently in jail at press
time.
