Boyfriend Arrested for Family Violence

On 1-23-19 around 10pm, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to the
2800 block of Forest Park Dr. ref. a
disturbance.
Deputies discovered Sean Michael McGirr
(31 yoa) allegedly assaulted his 38 year old
girlfriend during an argument.
The victim was not seriously injured during
the incident.
McGirr was arrested and charged with
Family Violence Assault with Previous
Conviction (felony 3-bond $10,000).

McGirr is currently in jail at press time.
