Boyfriend Arrested for Assault and Violating Protective Order

Boyfriend arrested for Assault and violating
protective order
On 5-14-20 around 530pm, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded a
welfare check at the 900 block of Colorado
River Dr.
Deputies discovered Brian David Bevins (42
yoa) allegedly assaulted his 42-year-old
girlfriend during a lengthy argument.
The victim was not seriously injured during
the incident.
Bevins was arrested and charged with
Continuous Assault Family Violence (felony

3-bond $100,000) and Violation of a
Protective Order (misd A-bond $25,000).
Bevins is currently in jail at press time.
