Bomb threat at Justice Center

On 4-16-21 around 924am, Hood County District Judge’s Office received a call from a female stating she had planted a bomb at the Hood County Justice Center.
The building and surrounding areas were evacuated of all non-law enforcement personnel to conduct a search.
The Hood County Sheriff’s Office and other Hood County Law Officials conducted an extensive search of the building and surrounding areas and did not locate any suspicious items.

The Hood County Justice Center has been opened back up for business and the investigation on who made the call is on- going by the Hood County Sheriff’s Office.
