‘Bad Batch Of Meth’ Incident Results In Hospital Visit And Felony Charges

On 8-5-18 around midnight, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to a
drug information call where Tony Lynn Rose (32 yoa) wanted to report he had taken a bad batch of meth and was ill at the 300 block of Lost Trail.
Rose was transported to LGMC for
treatment and was eventually released and
arrested for Public Intoxication (class C
misd-fine $370).
Around 5am, Deputies responded to the jail
and discovered Rose had kicked a jailer in
the leg during a confrontation with the jail staff where he was being noncompliant during the book in process.
Rose was charged with Assault on a Public
Servant (felony 3-bond $5,000).
Rose is currently in jail at press time.
