Argument Over Hunting Trip Results In Felony Arrest Of Wife

Woman threatens husband with rifle

H.C.S.O.- On 11-5-17 around 11pm, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to a
disturbance at the 2900 block of Paluxy
Trail.
Deputies were told 54 year old Katherine Woffard
Curtis became upset with her 63
year old husband over a pending hunting
trip and allegedly threatened him with a
30/30 cal. rifle.
No one was injured during the incident.
Curtis was arrested and charged with Family
Violence/Aggravated Assault with a Deadly
Weapon (felony 1-bond $25,000)

Curtis is currently in jail at press time.
