Argument ends with felony arrest

On 9-2-18 around 4pm, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies respond to a two
car wreck at the 5900 block of Fall Creek
Hwy.
Deputies discovered that Michael James
Brown (61 yoa) had a verbal argument with
his daughter (41 yoa) and her boyfriend (51
yoa) over taking advantage of his hospitality at the 6700 block of Stewart Oaks Ct.
During the verbal argument the couple left
the scene. Minutes later Brown located the daughter and her boyfriend at the 5900 block of Fall Creek Hwy and rammed their vehicle.
The boyfriend had a slight injury to his leg
and treated at the scene by paramedics, the daughter was not injured.
Brown was arrested and charged with
Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon
(felony 2-bond $20,000)
Brown is currently out of jail on bond at
press time.
