Acton Triangle Store Gun Incident

On 11-11-18, GPD received a report of a man who had entered the Texan Triangle store with a handgun. Surveillance video images clearly showed the man walking through the parking lot with a handgun in his hand, and again with the handgun in his hand at the counter inside the store.

The man was later identified as 23 year old Chance Clyce of Granbury. Clyce has been charged with Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon. The charge is a 3rd degree felony because the store is licensed by TABC for the sale of alcohol.

All information in the Press Release was provided by Russell Grizzard of The Granbury Police Department.
