4 Arrested For Multiple Home Burglaries

Hood County Sheriff’s Department: 4 suspects arrested for Organized Crime

On Tuesday, June 27th around 7:30 am, Hood County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to 3700 block of Pecan Grove Ct. in reference to a burglary of a Habitation at 3 different homes.

Deputies arrested Jonathan Dean Pettis, Dyllan Pierce Elliott, Nicholas Tanner Lopez Fitzpatrick, and Justin Cody Rhea Neuman Jr. in connection to the 3 burglaries.
The 17 year old suspects allegedly took a golf cart, a PT Cruiser, Alcohol, and several personal items from the crime spree.

All 4 suspects are charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity (felony 1-bond $50,000).

All 4 suspects are currently in jail at press time.
