On Friday, June 2nd Hood County Sheriff’s Office Deputies were busy taking Burglary of a Motor Vehicle reports in the DeCordova Bend Estates Community.
10 unlocked vehicles and one home were reported burglarized by victims, who reported items taken without their permission.
Stolen items range from 3 firearms,
medication, purses, wallets, money, and
identifying information, such as driver’s
licenses, social security cards and credit cards.
Hood County Sheriff’s Office Investigators developed suspects during the ongoing investigation.
On Wednesday, June 7th and Thursday, June 8th, one 15 year old male and two 16 year old males have been arrested and charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity (felony 1),
Burglary of a Habitation (felony 2), Theft of a Firearm (felony 3), and Burglary of a Motor Vehicle (class A misd).
The 3 juvenile suspects have been placed in the Hood County Juvenile Detention Center and will answer to the Judge on the above charges.

Investigators are busy trying to recover the stolen property.
People are asked to lock their doors on
vehicles and homes to prevent becoming a crime victim.
