Woman Found Napping At Stop Sign; Charged With Possession Of Meth

Hood County Sheriff’s Department Press Release: Suspicious person call nets drug arrest

This morning around 4:30a.m. Hood County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to a driver slumped over the steering wheel of her pickup near a stop sign on Skylark Dr. and Weatherford Hwy.
Deputies made contact with the driver,
42 year old Tracey Ann Bounds, who was in possession of 1.3 grams of meth.
Bounds was arrested and charged with
Possession of a Controlled Substance
(felony 3-bond $10,000).
Bounds is currently out of jail on bond at press time.
