On 12-8-21 the stabbing victim was released from JPS and is in good condition.
Charles Michael Anthony Seely (29 yoa) has a bond of $20,000 on the Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon charge.
Charges on Candace Victoria Sheffield (36 yoa) were dropped due to the results of the pending investigation.
We are comfortable with the new information we discovered that she was not a participant in the stabbing.
Seely is currently in jail at press time.
