On 7-13-21 around midnight, Hood County Sheriff’s Office Deputies attempting to conduct a traffic stop at the 7000 block of East Hwy. 377 had a driver give chase.
Deputies chased Abel Rosales Jr. (38 yoa) on to M&M Ranch Rd. and back to the 5100 block of East Hwy. 377 where he was stopped and arrested.
Rosales was also in possession of under 2oz of marijuana was charged with Evading Arrest in a Motor Vehicle (felony 3-bond $10,000) and Possession of Marijuana (class B misd-bond $1,000). Rosales is currently in jail at press time.
