2 arrested for promoting Gambling
On 2-23-21 Hood County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Brett Todd Chazel (46 yoa) on 6 warrants that stem from a gambling investigation involving 2 gambling establishments he was operating in Hood County.
Chazel is charged with 2 counts of Possessing Coin Operated Machines without a License (class A misd-bond $2,500), 2 counts of Possessing Gambling Devices (class A misd-bond $2,500), and 2 counts of Keeping a Gambling Place (class A misd-bond $2,500).
On 2-24-21 Michelle Leigh Quiros-Rodriguez (41 yoa) was arrested and charged with Gambling Promotion (class A misd-bond $2,500)
Chazel is currently out of jail on bond at press time.
