Scam calls on jury duty
On 10-20-20 the Hood County Sheriff’s
Office has received several calls of a
scammer identifying himself as Lt. Johnny
Rose with the Hood County Sheriff’s Office
accusing people of missing jury duty.
“This is a scam and I would never call you
about jury duty.”
If you get this call hang up on the impostor
and if you need reassurance, then call me at
the Hood County Sheriff’s Office 817-579-
3318 to confirm the scam call.
