Traffic Stop Results In Drug Charges

Traffic stop leads to drug arrest

On Saturday, February 25th around 1030pm Hood County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 1400 block of North Plaza Dr.

During the stop, 28 year old Joshua Allen Daniel was found to be in possession of over 4 grams of Meth and under 2oz of Marijuana.

Daniel was arrested and charged with

Delivery/Manufacturing of a Controlled Substance (felony 1-bond $25,000), Possession of Marijuana (class B misd-bond $1,500), and DWLI (class

B misd-bond $1,500).

Daniel is currently out of jail on bond at

press time.
