Letter from Sheriff Roger Deeds

Letter from Sheriff Roger Deeds
Questions have come up about what we,
the Hood County Sheriff’s Office may or
may not do with a violation of the
Governor’s Order related to the COVID-19
health crisis.
My top priority is now and has always been
safeguarding the rights of the citizens of
Hood County. I have always considered
that to be my most important job.

Hood County and the rest of the Country
are facing uncertain times. We are
encountering problems today that we could
not have imagined just a few years ago.
Although many things have changed as we
continue to face down the problems that
have arisen because of the current public
health crisis, one thing has not – my
commitment to safeguarding the rights of
the citizens of Hood County.
I will address any issues as they arise and
make the best decisions I can with the
information I have.

However, the citizens of Hood County can
rest assured that my top priority is
safeguarding their rights.
God bless Hood County and God Bless
America.
Respectfully, Your Sheriff Roger Deeds
