The Hood County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Phillip Lee Rainbolt Jr. (40 yoa), who has a felony Capias warrant for the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance (felony 3).

Rainbolt’s address is listed in the 8100 block of Fawn Circle Granbury, Texas and has the following description:

White Male, 5 feet 9 inches, 165 lbs, Hazel Eyes, Brown Hair.
