Suspect Arrested with Meth
On 12-15-19 around midnight, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies conducted a traffic
stop at the 5800 block of Hwy. 377.
During the stop Elizabeth Ann Sutton (35
yoa) was found to be in possession of 4.4
grams of meth and attempted to discard
and hide the meth from Deputies.
Sutton was arrested and charged with
Possession of a Controlled Substance
(felony 2-bond $20,000) and Tampering
with Evidence (felony 3-bond $10,000).
Sutton is currently in jail at press time.
