felony Capias warrant for the offense of
Tampering with Evidence (felony 3).
Key’s address is listed at the 600 block of
Long St. Stephenville, Texas and has the
following description:
White Male, 5 feet 8 inches, 145 lbs, Blue
Eyes, Black Hair.
