Boyfriend Arrested For Assault and Threats
On 6-12-19 around 6pm, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to the
4100 block of Hwy. 377 East on a
disturbance.
Deputies discovered Jeffrey David Hart (59
yoa) allegedly assaulted his 58-year-old
girlfriend during an argument they were
having.
The victim was not seriously injured during
the incident.
When Deputies took Hart into custody, he
made a verbal threat to the victim in front
of Deputies.
Hart was arrested and charged with Assault
Family Violence (class A misd-bond $2,500)
and Retaliation (felony 3-bond $10,000).
Hart is currently in jail at press time.
