Car Burglary Suspect Arrested

On 5-6-19 Granbury PD Officers arrested
Charles Douglas Weinrick (18yoa) at the
Hood County Adult Probation building at
the 1200 block of West Pearl St. on two
Hood County felony warrants for Theft of
Firearm (state jail felony-bond $5,000).
The charges stem from Weinrick allegedly
committing several car burglaries in the city
of Tolar where 2 firearms were taken back
in the fall of 2018.
The cases are still under investigation by the
Hood County Sheriff’s Office Investigators
and more charges may be pending.
