Boyfriend Charged With Choking Girlfriend
On 4-22-19 around 2pm, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Gordon
Charles Shaw III (37 yoa) on a warrant for
Assault Family Violence/Choking (felony 2-
bond $20,000) during a traffic stop at the
2000 block of Loop 567.
The charge stems from an incident where
Shaw allegedly choked his 32-year-old
girlfriend during an argument on 4-1-19.
Shaw is currently in jail at press time.
