17-Year-Old Arrested on Multiply Felonies

On 4-9-19 around 9am, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to a
disturbance at the 3800 block of Pecan
Valley Ct.
Deputies discovered Noah Wayne Scott (17
yoa) allegedly threatened his 61-year-old
father with a sword during an argument.
Scott also allegedly threw a chair during the
incident that struck a 2-year-old child in the
leg.
Scott resisted Deputies during his arrest and
kicked a Deputy in his knee during the
incident. No one was seriously injured during the
incident.
Scott was charged with Aggravated Assault
with a Deadly Weapon (felony 2-bond
$20,000), Assault on a Peace Officer (felony
3-bond $10,000), Injury to a Child (state jail
felony-bond $5,000) and Resisting Arrest
(class A misd-bond $2,500).
Scott is currently in jail in jail at press time.
