for Robert Jay Shipman (33 yoa), who has a
felony capias warrant for the offense of
Possession of a Controlled Substance (state
jail felony).
Shipman’s address is listed at the 4400
block of Daugherty Ct. Granbury Tx. and has
the following description:
White Male, 6 feet 1 inches, 245 lbs, Brown
Eyes, Brown Hair.
