On Thursday afternoon, the Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Street Crimes Unit
conducted a drug investigation resulting
in the arrest of 24 year old
Theodore Joseph SanJuan.
SanJuan was charged with
Man/Del of a Controlled Substance
(felony 1bond $50,000),
Man/Del of a Controlled Substance
(felony 1bond $50,000),
Possession of Marijuana
(state jail felony-bond $5,000).
The charges stem from SanJuan’s
possession of a gram of marijuana wax, 228
grams of marijuana edibles, and 10 grams
of psilocybin mushrooms.
SanJuan is currently in jail at press time.
