for Esteban Andres Ramirez (20 yoa), who
has a felony capias warrant for the offense
of Theft (felony 3).
Ramirez’s address is listed at the 1100 block of East James St.Cleburne Texas and has the following description:
Hispanic Male, 5 feet 11 inches, 190 lbs,
Brown Eyes, Black Hair.
