Suspect Arrested for Family Violence
On 9-29-18 around 730pm, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to the
3900 block of Montgomery Dr. ref. a
disturbance.
Deputies discovered Jared Victor Jimenez
(30 yoa) allegedly slapped his 46 year old
girlfriend several times during an argument.
The victim was not seriously injured during
the incident.
Jimenez was arrested and charged with
Assault Family Violence with Previous
Conviction (felony 3-bond $10,000).
Jimenez is currently in jail at press time.
