Rollover Accident Sends 5 To Hospital

On Sunday July 01, 2018 at approximately 4:00 pm the Texas Highway Patrol was notified of a one vehicle rollover on Paluxy Highway in Hood County.  A Dodge  Laramie Pick Up Truck was traveling south on Paluxy Highway and veered off the  Southside of the roadway, struck a Railroad Crossing Signal Pole and rolled. The driver of the Dodge Truck was Carlos Rodriguez, 41 of Glen Rose. There were four other passengers in the Truck, Lupita Garcia, 46, Eduardo Flores, 19, Eric Charo, 17, and a 11 month old girl. All were taken by ground ambulance to Lake Granbury Medical Center for treatment. No one was ejected from the Truck.

The driver stated he was having steering difficulties with the Dodge Truck. The crash is still under investigation.
