Middle School student makes social media threat
On 4-3-18 Hood County Sheriff’s Office
Deputies received a report of a threat
posted on a social media site directed at the
GISD Acton Middle School.
The facts of the case led us to a 13 year old
female from Cresson.
On 4-4-18 the student was arrested and
charged with Terroristic Threat (felony 3)
and was placed in the Hood County Juvenile
Detention Center, where she will see a
Judge in the next 10 days.
