Suspicious Person Call Results In Several Felony Charges

Suspicious person call nets several felonies

On 12-17-17 around 230am Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to a
suspicious person call at the 5100 block of
Fall Creek Hwy.
Deputies located Tawny Marie Barks (26
yoa) sleeping in her car.
Barks, who lied to deputies about her name
was found to be in possession of under a
gram of meth, several xanax pills, and
several amoxicillin pills without a
prescription.
Barks was arrested and charged with
Fraudulent use of Identifying Information

(state jail felony-bond $5,000), Tampering
with a Governmental Record (state jail
felony-bond $5,000), Possession of a
Controlled Substance (state jail felony-bond
$5,000), Possession of a Dangerous Drug
(class A misd-bond $1,500), Possession of a
Controlled Substance (class A misd-bond

$1,500), and Failed to Identify (class B misd-
bond $500).

Barks is currently in jail at press time.
