Father assaults son during argument
On 11-17-17 around10pm Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to the 3000 block of Forest Park Dr. ref. a
disturbance.
Deputies discovered 43 year old John David Boliver had an argument with his wife.
During the argument Boliver allegedly
assaulted his 20 year old mentally
challenged son by punching him in the face with his fist.
The victim was not seriously injured during the incident.
Boliver was arrested and charged with
Injury to the Disabled (felony 3-bond
$15,000).
Boliver is currently in jail at press time.
