Traffic Stop Results In Drug Arrest

Traffic stop nets drug arrest

On 11-7-17 around 3pm, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies conducted a traffic stop at Pago Pago Ct. and Ports O Call Ct.
During the stop, 54 year old Billy Rahn Welch was found in possession of 2.3 grams of meth.
Welch was arrested and charged with
Possession of a Controlled Substance
(felony 3-bond $10,000).

Welch is currently in jail at press time.
