Disturbance Call Results In Arrest

Husband chokes wife during argument

H.C.S.O.- On 11-6-17 around 9pm, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to the
6600 block of Harkins Ct. ref. a disturbance.
Deputies discovered 39 year old Bryan Neal Finley
allegedly choked his 42 year old wife
during an argument they were having.
The victim was not seriously injured during
the incident.
Finley was arrested and charged with
Assault Family Violence/Choking (felony 3-
bond $7,500).

Finley is currently in jail at press time.
