Boyfriend arrested on FV Choking case
On Sunday, September 3rd around midnight, Hood County Sheriff’s Office Deputies were dispatched to the 3200 block of Lakeside Dr. in reference to a disturbance.
Deputies discovered 21 year old Brandon Lee Riggs had allegedly choked his 19 year old girlfriend during an argument.
The victim was not seriously injured during the incident.
Riggs was arrested and charged with
Assault Family Violence/Choking (felony 3-bond $10,000).
Riggs is currently out of jail at press time.
