Traffic stop leads to drug and gun charge
On Thursday, August 24th around 2:30pm, Hood County Sheriff’s Office Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the 3700 block of Shadowood Street.
During the stop, 26 year old Kelly Ryan Savell was found to be in possession of 1.4 grams of meth and a 38 cal. revolver.
Savell was arrested and charged with
Possession of a Controlled Substance
(felony 3-bond $10,000) and Unlawful
Carrying of a Weapon (class A misdemeanor bond $2,000).
Savell is currently in jail at press time.
