On August 11, 2017 at approximately 9:00 PM, Hood County Sheriff’s Office Deputies conducted a traffic stop at California Ct. and West Virginia Trail.
During the stop, Kyle Jameson Hand, age 34, was found to be in possession of 3.9 grams of meth.
Hand was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (felony 3-bond $10,000).
Hand is currently in jail at press time.
