Suspect charged with Burglary of a Habitation
On Friday, August 4th, 26 year old Joshua Steven Welstead-Lochert was transported to the Hood County Jail from Delta County, where he was in jail on unrelated charges.
Welstead-Lochert has a Burglary of a
Habitation charge, which carries a felony 2 charge. His bond is set at $20,000.
Welstead-Lochert allegedly gained entry into a home at the 800 block of E. Aquarius Court and removed personal property without the homeowner’s permission on May 15th of 2017.
Welstead-Lochert is currently in jail at press time.
