HCSO: SEARCH warrant served at Carter Ct.
On Wednesday, July 19th around 10:30pm the Hood County Sheriff’s Office Street Crimes Unit was conducting a drug investigation and executed a search warrant at the 4400 block of Carter Court.
During the investigation 12.6 grams of meth was seized.
Jose Michael Diaz, 32 years old, was arrested and charged with Manufacturing/Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony 1 charge carrying a bond of $50,000.
Diaz is currently in jail at press time.
