911 Call Leads To 3 Charged With Possession of Heroin

911 info call leads to drug arrest
On Sunday, March 12th around 12:30pm, Hood County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to the 5400 block of Frank Lane after receiving a 911 call reporting possible drug use.
Deputies discovered 19 year old Matthew Christopher Tornik and 20 year old Caden Bryce Sheppard had fled on foot from the scene.
Both suspects were located near the scene.Tornik was arrested without incident and Sheppard fled on foot from Deputies. After a short foot chase Sheppard was taken into custody. Over 2 grams of heroin was discovered by Deputies.

Sheppard was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (felony 3-bond $5,000) and Evading Arrest (class A misdemeanor bond $2,500).
Tornik was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (felony 3-bond
$5,000).
Also arrested on scene, 18 year old Kauri Jean Keith. She was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.(felony 3-bond $5,000).
All suspects are currently in jail at press
time.
