Friday afternoon, Granbury & Hood County Volunteer Fire Departments from around town responded to call for a residential fire located on Mustang Trail in the Western Hills Harbor neighborhood.
According to Hood County Fire Marshal Ray Wilson, the upstairs of the 2 story home was a complete loss. The downstairs area sustained heavy heat and water damage, as well.
The American Red Cross did respond to the scene to provide assistance to the occupants of the home.
There were no reports of injuries among the resident occupants and firefighters on scene.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
