Motorcycle driver runs from Deputies
On Wednesday April 12th, around 5:30am Hood County Sheriff’s Office Deputies observed a man on a Motorcycle speeding on Hwy. 377 East
and Hwy. 4.
The suspect, who was later identified as
41 year old John Byron Oliver fled on Hwy. 377, and then pulled over at Industrial Ave.
Oliver was arrested and charged with
Evading Arrest in a Motor Vehicle (felony 3-bond $10,000) and Displaying a Fictitious Motor Vehicle Registration Sticker (class B misd-bond $1,000).

Oliver is currently out of jail on bond at
press time.
