Suspect Arrested on Deadly Conduct Charge
On 7-31-19 around 5am, Hood County
Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to a
shots fired call at the 400 block of Siesta Ct.
Deputies discovered Frank Randolph Bess
(62 yoa) allegedly fired several rounds from
a shotgun inside the home in a reckless
manner almost striking other house
members that were in the home.
Bess was arrested and charged with Deadly
Conduct (felony 3-bond $10,000).
Bess is currently in jail at press time.
