Sheriff Roger Deeds Letter to Citizens of Hood County

I am proud to announce that I have been
reelected for my fourth term as the Hood
County Sheriff. I want to thank all my
supporters and everyone that prayed for
me and all my employees at the Sheriff’s
Office. It has been quite the experience and
I’m glad it’s over.
To all the people who attacked the Sheriff’s
Office and me, during the election process: I
would ask you to reconsider doing this in
the future elections. Are we not a country
of freedom? We all have a right to say or believe or support any person or cause
without being persecuted. So why are we so
quick to attack one another? Just because
you don’t agree with my opinion or belief.
I am always trying to make the Hood County
Sheriff’s Office a better place. A lot of good
ideas came out of this process and will be
utilized during my tenure.
I will continue to work hard as your Sheriff
and will not take your support lightly. I look
forward in serving you in the coming years
and if you need something, please contact
me.
God bless Hood County and God Bless
America.
Respectfully, Your Sheriff Roger Deeds
