for Joseph Lee Dunlap (27 yoa), who has a
felony Capias warrant for the offense of
Possession of a Controlled Substance (state
jail felony).
Dunlap’s address is listed at the 5400 block
of East 54th St. Sioux Falls, South Dakota
and has the following description:
White male, 5 feet 11 inches, 250 lbs,
Brown Eyes, Brown Hair.
