for Melissa Christy Monschke (36 yoa), who
has a felony capias warrant for the offense
of Possession of a Controlled Substance
(state jail felony).
Monschke’s address is listed at the 1200
block of E 14th St Cisco Tx. and has the
following description:
White Female, 4 feet 11 inches, 138 lbs,
Brown Eyes, Brown Hair.
