Feb. 19, 1907,
A contract was given to Kane & Co. to build rooms with flushing toilets in the court house.

Feb. 1894,
Add-Ran College Conservatives became members of the Church of Christ.

Feb. 1894,
Add-Ran College Progressives became First Christian Church members.

Feb. 22 1906,
Grandma Juana Cavasos Barnard died at the age of 80. She had a thrilling early history as a captive of the Comanche Indians.

Feb. 23, 1916,
Gladys Crockett, great granddaughter of David Crockett, became a GHS graduate.

Feb. 24, 1938,
The old hitching rack around the court house yard was removed. This is where people would tie up their horses while they were in the court house.

Feb. 25, 1892,
Band boys in Granbury played “Dixie” and other songs for the old confederates.
